I try hard to learn pc skills these months.
I have been interested a little in utilities of pc from long ago, but it was because I was forced to handle E-tax software and PCdesk of El-tax, which are never user-friendly at all.
The both are software relaesed by the Japanese government to access the on-line systems related to taxation.
They have extremely poor, confusing and unkind user interface although the divisions in charge appear to intend to improve it at last.
Actually, very little people, particularly very few of tax accountants directly use those software, because most of the users of the on-line system access via different vendor software.
I know most, perhaps all, of the vendor software has better user interface than the software issued by the goverment.
However, I stick to master how to utilize the poor software becauese I dislike to be bound by a private vendor.
I have learned much during the hard and flustrating process. Now, I run several programs coded by my own and they considerably save my time and labor.
I hope my current knowledge level can be monetized as an additional value of my consulting service.
